At Al Qasem Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
Custom or personalized jewelry orders
Final sale items
Eternity rings (due to their full-circle diamond setting)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery. Al Qasem Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking confirmation.

Ring Resizing

We offer ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for a small fee. Resizing takes 2-7 business days. Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized due to their full-circle diamond setting.

Warranty

All Al Qasem Jewelry pieces come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and stone replacement. The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Loss or theft
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper care or storage

IGI Certification

Every diamond purchase includes an IGI certificate verifying the quality and authenticity of your diamond. If your certificate is lost or damaged, please contact us for assistance.
